Windshield tint is only allowed on the top 4 inches. In addition, tint on the windshield must be non-reflective.

Front Side Windows

In Hawaii, the front side windows must not have a metallic or mirrored appearance.

The visible light transmission (VLT) of the front side windows must be at least 35%.

Back Side Windows

In Hawaii, the back side windows must not have a metallic or mirrored appearance.

The visible light transmission (VLT) of the back side windows must be at least 35%.

Rear Window

The visible light transmission (VLT) of the rear windows must be at least 35%.
